چکیده

Many articles have explained the extraction of impacted premolars and canines, but there are still few explanations about li-nguoversion premolar extraction.Trans-alveolar is usually used in cases teeth or with unfavorable root shape, ankylosis, tooth malposition. Trans-alveolar atechnique commonly dentistry. Various flap op-tions can be this technique. In article it a 30-year-old woman came to Dental Oral Hospital Hasanuddin University chief complaint feeling uncomfortable when eating due partially growing wisdom towards tongue. It was performed clinical examination radiography revealed bilateral linguo-version second third molars. The position considered difficult be-cause obstruction mandibular first molars premolars. conducted transalveolar buccal region under general anesthesia. So, concluded that considerations decisions achoice treatment affect success rate side effects treatment. choice carried out taking into account teeth,the relationship neighboring teeth, avoiding injury mental nerve could cause risk paraesthesia.
